Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Digital Files)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Digital boarding pass designs
  • Canva templates
  • PDFs or downloadable files

Exceptions

Refunds for digital products will only be considered if:

  • The file is corrupted or unusable and
  • We are unable to provide a corrected replacement

Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Print & Cut Products (Physical Services)

 

All print & cut products are made to order and often rely on customer-provided files.

 

No Refunds or Returns

 

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Print & cut services
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Orders printed from customer-provided files

Once an order has been processed or printed, it is non-refundable.

Customer-Provided Files Disclaimer

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• Your file is final and print-ready

• All text, spelling, dates, and details are correct

• The file meets resolution and size requirements

We are not responsible for:

• Spelling or grammar errors

• Low-resolution or blurry images

• Incorrect sizing or formatting

• Color differences between screen and print

Files are printed exactly as received.

 


Order Cancellations

 

  • Orders may be canceled only if production has not started
  • Once printing begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded


Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Our Error)

 

If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing error caused by us:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue
  • We will review and, if approved, offer a reprint or store credit
